Exclusive common areas
For the exclusive use of Phase I residents, the rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the city as well as comfortable relaxation areas. Whether it’s the refreshing water feature, fountain, the lounge chairs, the BBQ area or the outdoor gas fireplace surrounded by sofas, you’ll find everything you need to entertain, relax and enjoy.
Shared common areas
On the ground floor and lower level of Castelnau Phase I, there are several common areas shared by the residents of all four phases of the project. These are accessible via two completely different entrances from the Lobby of Phase I and include:
- Fitness room with free weights and modern equipment
- Yoga and Pilates areas
- Sauna
- Hot tub
- Owner’s lounge
- Changing rooms
Finally, the co-owners of Castelnau Phase I can indulge themselves in the green spaces that surround the project by taking a stroll through the gardens, or along the pedestrian paths and all the landscaped areas that cover more than half of the site.
