Process

Choose your Square Benny unit by referring to our online floor plans.
2. Visit our Sales Office
Drop by our Sales Office at 4100 Benny, at the corner of Monkland, to see our sleek model kitchen and information on the layout of our units.
3. Purchasing contract
Meet with a McGill real estate broker to sign your contract.
4. Pre-authorized mortgage
Contact one of our representatives or the financial institution of your choice to apply for a pre-authorized mortgage on the unit that interests you.
5. Options
Select your colours finishes.
6. Completion tour
Check out your completed unit.
7. Notary
Once you sign the notarized deed, you’re officially a Square Benny homeowner!
Yes.
All the units are pre-wired for these services. You just have to contact your local distributor to have them turned on before you move in.
There are no restrictions other than those outlined in municipal bylaws in effect.
