Ateliers Castelnau – Phase 3 | Construction Update

Dear clients,

We are delighted to inform you that the construction is advancing on schedule and we wish to provide you with this brief update on its progress.

Drywall installation on the ground-floor condominium units is already under way. All second-floor mechanical installation will be completed by Friday. Third floor divisions will also then be finished.

We are continuing to mount the fourth-floor windows and we will begin doing the same on the fifth floor by next week. The roof is now completely waterproofed. The exterior membrane was installed at the same time as the sealant on the ceilings.

November Delivery Dates for the Ground and Second Floors

We realize that you are eager to know when you can move in. We hope to deliver the first condo units, on the ground and second floors, by next November. We will be able to provide you with the preliminary schedule by June.
