Last Thursday more than 300 guests and local partners were present at Ateliers Castelnau condominium project’s prelaunch signed by DevMcGill and TGTA (known as TMSA in the past).
The event took place at 6666 St-Urbain St., at the pop-up sales office located in the heart of Mile-Ex. Guests were welcomed with a delicious signature cocktail and a gift bracelet made by Dahls— craftsman and partner of Ateliers Castelnau.
All were also invited to participate to “Win a bike offered by Momentum Solutions Vélo and Ateliers Castelnau” at the event. Two winners were drawn and awarded a new Specialized Alibi Sport bike! Momentum Solutions Vélo is a company who shares the project’s values with the bikes’ workshop concept, and local purchasing, and lifestyle combining sport and mode of transport values, etc.
Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to be among the first to discover the project’s plans and scale models. They were able to immerse themselves in the friendly atmosphere of Mile-Ex while enjoying DJ Sweet La Rock’s spins and mingling with the project’s partners such as Vespa Montréal, Etsy Montréal, Dahls, Momentum Solutions Vélo, Artemano, JC Perreault, and—of course—our ambassador and spokesperson Marie-Soleil Michon. A never seen before in the real estate field in Montreal!
While hors d’oeuvres were served by Mile-Ex restaurant, infatuation was felt during the evening. From the start several guests could not help themselves. Indeed, they reserved their unit for Phase I by fear of missing out.
GENERAL PUBLIC LAUNCH OF ATELIERS CASTELNAU FOR 2017
The general public launch will be taking place in early 2017, at the opening of the Sales Gallery which will be located at 65 de Castelnau W.
