Beaumont – Info-Work No 12 – November 1, 2019

Work to come in the next months

The exterior cladding will be completed in mid-November. The landscaping will be underway in the next few weeks on the roof garden and then around the perimeter of the project.

Over the past few days, the City of Montreal has completed work on the intersection with the programming of the new traffic light. The intersection is now safe for occupants and future customers of the IGA for entry into the underground parking. IGA will begin work on their premises in November and this will continue until spring 2020.

During the fall, it should be noted that the contractor will continue to use a portion of the public domain (street and sidewalk) on the north side of Côte-Saint-Luc Road, between Avenue Earnscliffe and Avenue Clanranald for the different deliveries.

We remind you to always pay attention to the restriction signs around the site and using detour paths designed for your safety.
