Spring is always the best time to be on the market for a new home, therefore the Beaumont press re-launch which took place on March 10th, and public launch March 11h to 12th were timed for success. DevMcGill and Sobeys partnered to realize this brand new mixed-use real estate development, the first residential project of this scale in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood.
The revitalized Beaumont sales office located on Monkland Avenue where the launch took place is spectacular and the new condo plans are luxurious, spacious and inviting. 20 condos were sold in one week of the launch surpassing DevMcGill’s expectations. The project condos are in such high demand that they are selling fast.
Potential buyers, brokers and press were greeted with champagne, coffee and hors d’oeuvres to kickoff the day in a luxurious and contemporary setting. Later in the afternoon, maple taffy on the snow was offered on the terrace inspired by a touch of authentic Quebec spring custom.
Buyers came from all around Montreal to discover the splendors of the NDG neighborhood and take a peek at the revitalized condo plans. The DevMcGill’s president Stéphane Coté made a very lovely speech about the property and how it came to fruition, as well as, giving an educational lesson on the neighborhood.

The location and architecture meets the needs of the buyers who want maximized space, with lots of light, incredible views, inviting living common spaces and many services readily available, including an IGA grocery store on the ground floor of the project. The sales office features the key architectural elements of the project, complemented by noble materials such as refined interiors and a chic ambiance. Created as a model condo you can see the finishing materials first-hand and get a feel for the lifestyle that Beaumont has to offer, fully furnished and decorated spaces vignettes of a kitchen and bathroom set up in this space. Located a few steps away from the sales office, the project offers a wide choice of finishing packages coordinated by the team of DevMcGill’s designers.
