DevMcGill and KnightsBridge Win Two Habitat Design Awards With Their Inclusive Tak Village Project!

DevMcGill, a division of Cogir Real Estate, and KnightsBridge, developers of Tak Village, are quite proud to have won two Habitat Design prizes for their project during the awards ceremony held Wednesday, October 23 at Montreal’s Biosphere. The awards were in the Furnished model unit, less than $359,000 category and in the Common Area category.

Created by Gauvreau Design, the model unit, with its cozy layout featuring Danish furniture by BoConcept, evokes the Scandinavian spirit.  By making an open, friendly and elegant space, notably through the use of subtly nuanced high-quality finishes, Gauvreau Design has sought to reinterpret our northern character by relying on streamlined accessories and Quebec-made lighting fixtures.

Located in the heart of Rosemont-Angus, Tak Village also features green spaces which include a small plaza, a linear park and unique common areas where residents will enjoy a fully equipped rooftop spa and a gym with its own running track. With its Scandinavian influence, Tak Village features high-quality design and characteristics which include condos, town houses and stacked town houses.

Awarded by a jury of experts, the Habitat Design prizes confer particular recognition to the model units and sales offices of Greater Montreal’s residential projects.
