“We are truly pleased to work with Marie-Soleil says Stéphane Côté, President of DevMcGill. Her love for real estate, architecture and design thrills us. People recognize themselves through her. Moreover, with the concept of buying local, creativity in all its forms, and the authenticity of craftsmanship are values close to her heart. ”

The Ateliers Castelnau condominium project will be launched early in 2017. The project will be located in the Mile-Ex district, one of the trendiest and most design neighborhoods of Montreal. True urban village abounding with many craftsmen studios and start-ups, Mile-Ex is recognized for its merchants and its people with a human dimension. The concept of buying local has probably never known a more fruitful ground. A concept that fits perfectly with our ambassador and DevMcGill’s efforts to promote craftsmen and creators of the district during the project’s development.

With the approach of sustainability, both with an environmentally responsible construction and with local materials’ selection, and in addition to the bicycle storage space and workshop, Ateliers Castelnau authentically speaks to everyone’s style and daily habits. This new construction project in the heart of Mile-Ex definitely continues to set every tongue wagging!
