A busy year in an exceptional context!
The year 2021 was a year in which, more than ever, we surpassed ourselves to meet the demand and continue our growth.
To the best of our ability!
Our spectacular flagship mixed-use project Humaniti Montreal was completed during the year. In addition to the first rental apartments (occupied since July 2020), the condominiums were subsequently delivered and the penthouses are now almost all occupied. Furthermore, the prestigious Humaniti Hotel (Marriott signature collection) was inaugurated and is already a remarkable success. The organic grocery store Avril and the artisanal bakery Ange are both popular.
Projects that are expanding!
Several phases in many projects have also been delivered. Le NOCA (Griffintown), TAK Village (Rosemont-Angus), Ateliers Castelnau (Mile-Ex), Alvéo (Mirabel) all now have new occupants.
Odea Montreal, a new landmark project in Old Montreal in partnership with the Cree community.
Several projects have been launched or coming soon. In this regard, the remarkable partnership undertaken for the ODEA project is already proving to be very promising. Located on the edge of the city, this outstanding proposal will appeal to city dwellers looking for originality by bringing together 264 apartments and 171 condominiums for a total of 435 new units in a stunning architectural proposal.
Recognition and excellence
DevMcGill (a division of Cogir Real Estate) has once again distinguished itself by its excellence and received an honourable mention from the jury at the Habitat Design Awards – Sales Office category last November for The Newman (LaSalle/Angrignon). Inspired by the tranquil Angrignon Park, located just a stone’s throw away, the design team wanted to echo the elements of nature by using wood, plants, and neutral tones to create a serene atmosphere.
Construction still going strong
Indeed, construction is in full swing with the realization of many projects. Several groundbreaking events took place during the year and many projects are underway. ODEA, Imperia condominiums, Ateliers Héritage (the last part of Ateliers Castelnau), TAK Village (townhouses) and Alvéo Mirabel are among them, and the completion of phases 3 of NOCA and Ateliers Castelnau will close important chapters.
