Discover Montreal’s Southwest
We will soon have the pleasure of unveiling to you our brand new NOCA residential project in Griffintown West. In the meantime, allow us to introduce you to this neighbourhood that has been experiencing great real estate and commercial growth over the past few years. Why not take advantage of a sunny spring day to plan out a visit and explore the ins and outs of Griffintown, Saint-Henri and Petite-Bourgogne?
L’Avenue, a sought-after restaurant on Mont-Royal Avenue, in the heart of the Plateau, has recently set up shop in Saint-Henri. Featuring the same concept as the original location, the restaurant is open in the daytime and serves up brunch-inspired dishes. Will it draw crowds? Will you line up for a tasty meal?
L’Avenue – 3612 Notre-Dame West

Those of you who love Old Montreal’s Olive+Gourmando will be delighted to hear that its founders have opened another restaurant in Griffintown: Foxy. While O+G is open strictly during the day, Foxy opens for evening diners. You’ll find a wonderful selection of fish, meat and vegetables, as well as an excellent wine list. A definite must for a couple’s night out or an evening with friends.

While taking a stroll along the Lachine Canal, best drop in the Atwater Market to run some errands. The Market is open year round and offers many butcher and cheese shops. What’s more, you can meet with the various farmers who are starting to set up shop during early spring.
