Flavours of Monkland

From tomorrow, and until Sunday, August 21st, it’s the return of the event « Flavours of Monkland » in Monkland Village, in NDG. The event, which welcomed more than 200,000 people last year, will even be bigger this year. For three days, this music and food festival will allow you to discover local merchants and enjoy the activities. It’s a great opportunity to visit the area and feel the eclectic atmosphere. Plan your weekend and adjust your schedule accordingly.

Program

Friday, August 19th

From 11:30 am to 11 pm, come and walk on Monkland street. You will discover all the merchants and enjoy the available foodtrucks. From 3 pm, do not miss the music performance of The Fox & The Hound, The Hust, Roxfield Point and Meredith Marshall.

Saturday, August 20th

From 9 am to 10 am, experiment a free yoga class on Monkland Street. From 11:30 am to 11 pm, all merchants will welcome you and you can enjoy a delicious meal within all the available foodtrucks or restaurants. From 3 pm, do not miss the music performance of Safe & Sound, Les Barricades, The Holds and Tragically Hip (Live Stream).

Sunday, August 21st

From 9 am to 10 am, experiment a free yoga class on Monkland Street. From 11:30 am to 10 pm, all merchants will welcome you and you can enjoy a meal within all the available foodtrucks or restaurants. From 3 pm, do not miss the music performance of Derek Falls, Hamora, R&D Duo and Mark Pinkus.
