Townhouses Success! 54% sold

There was a full house last Thursday at Tak Village’s sales office for its big townhouse and stacked townhouse sales launch!

A Green Village in the Heart of a Living Neighbourhood

Let’s not forget that Tak Village, inspired by the Scandinavian way of life, seeks to be unifying and friendly. The project includes high-end indoor and outdoor facilities designed, among other things, to promote relationships among its residents. To avoid the presence of a street running through the project, automobile access has been limited to the Village’s outskirts. The entirely pedestrian site will resemble Montreal’s green lanes and will include a piazetta, water displays and sandboxes.

A $100 million investment with 40% of its area consisting of green space, Tak Village will also feature a 16,150 sq. ft. linear park with outdoor workout stations. A concerted effort to enhance the quality of the outdoor space appears to have paid off. In an article published Saturday, November 10 in La Presse +, François W. Croteau, the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough mayor, highlighted the improvements made over the original development plan (provided by a third party), stating, “There is less density in this new project than in the previous one. There is greater emphasis on green space to improve the quality of life.”

There are still many stacked townhouses and condos available!
