Many interested parties came out last Tuesday to attend the symbolic groundbreaking that marks the official start of construction of the condominiums of the Le Newman project. This residential project, which is very rallying, has already exceeded expectations, as phase 1 is 90% sold out and phase 2, which was launched only a few weeks ago, has already found takers for 25% of its condos.
The mayor of the LaSalle borough, Manon Barbe, and several councillors from her team were on hand for the occasion. In addition to many clients, members of the Cogir Immobilier team, project managers, sales representatives and executives of the McGill Real Estate Group were also present.
The Newman is a spectacular multi-residential concept in tune with the times. It is, in fact, a promising project with multiple assets: a mixed residential offer, original quality architecture, sustainable development of the site and integration into the environment. Its three distinct buildings – a condominium complex, rental apartments, and a residence for active retirees – will be spread over a vast area of 20,000 m2, half of which will be devoted to green spaces.
To learn more about the project and phases 1 and 2 of the condominiums, come and meet our representatives today.
