The entire Humaniti Montreal team is quite proud of this award, announced on November 26, that recognizes the commitment to quality and the desire to excel which have been the hallmarks of the whole project. Jessica Puglisi, designer and project manager, together with Renée Benhaïm, engineer and project director, both of whom were responsible for the model penthouse’s layout, sought to finely harness this majestic space occupying more than 2,200 s.f. on the residential tower’s 38 th floor.
As a result, this magnificent area envelopes its occupants in a cozy and welcoming living environment. Magnifying the views of the city thanks to its ideal location, this penthouse, with its exclusive decor, has a great effect on people. Furnishings, carefully laid out and selected among Roche Bobois’s many collections, generate an embracing aura. Selected artwork and accessories appropriately complete this inspired setting.
“We sought to create a decor which, while spectacular, would also embrace its occupants,” says Ms. Puglisi. “It is exciting work and also very detail oriented, requiring a lot of attention. Receiving this award represents the community’s great recognition for our efforts, and we are delighted to get it.”
It should be noted that the jury in the Furnished model unit category consisted of the following interior designers, members of the APDIQ (interior decorator association of Quebec): Michèle Lalumière, Jean de Lessard, Lucie Roy and Mélodie Violet.
