Humaniti is proudly welcoming WeWork as a new partner

Humaniti, Montreal’s first smart vertical community, a joint undertaking by Cogir, DevMcill and the FTQ, will feature a spectacular Autograph Collection boutique hotel, condos units and rental apartments with year-round access to hotel services, as well as commercial and office space. WeWork has recently elected the 64 000 square feet office building of Humaniti as its home for their newest site.

As stated in Montreal’s newspaper La Presse, WeWork, which provides shared workspace services, will be doubling its presence in the city. With its 2020 delivery date and aiming WELL and LEED certifications, Humaniti is bound to reshape Montreal scene.
