
INFO-WORK APRIL: No 4 – April 6th, 2018 – Beaumont
Throughout the construction period of the Beaumont project, information on its progress will be sent to you. Updates will be made regularly to keep you informed of the progress of the work on site and the steps to come. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2019

Works to come in the following months
Excavation work is now complete, and concreting of the underground parking structure continues until May. At that point, the building structure will reach the ground floor and work related to the commercial portion (IGA) will begin.
In the coming weeks, with the acceleration of the work on the basement structure, the company responsible of the formwork and concrete work will use a portion of the public domain (street and sidewalk) on the north side of chemin de la Côte-Saint-Luc, between Earnscliffe and Clanranald avenues. We remind you to always pay attention to the restriction signs posted around the site, and to use detour paths designed to ensure your safety.
Return of the warm weather
With the arrival of spring and summer, it is possible that the neighboring residents become more aware of the site works. For example, noise from the site may be more noticeable when residents spend more time on their balcony and their backyard, or open their windows.
We are aware that a project of this magnitude cannot be done without upsetting the tranquility of the neighborhood. We will continue to implement the necessary measures to minimize the impact of this work on the neighborhood.

Schedule of work reminder
Most of the work will be done from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm. These could exceptionally continue until 11pm during special operations requiring continuous work without the possibility of interruption. It should be noted that municipal regulations allow work to be carried out every day from 7am to 11pm. In the event that the work is scheduled to continue during evenings or weekends, the neighborhood will be informed in advance as much as possible.
