Throughout the construction period of the Ateliers Castelnau project, information on its progress will be sent to you. Updates will be made regularly to keep you informed of the progress of the work on site and the steps to come.
Works to come in the next months
Concreting work on the building structure has reached the 4th floor and the vertical column formwork is in progress. Please pay attention to the restriction signs around the site and to use the detour paths designed for your safety.
Construction holidays
Please note that during the construction holidays, which run from July 22 to August 4, the Ateliers Castelnau site will be closed.
Summer is here!
Work noise may be more noticeable now that summer has arrived, especially when neighboring residents enjoy their balcony or their backyard. We are aware that a project of this magnitude cannot be completed without upsetting the tranquility of the neighborhood. As we have done since the beginning of the project, we will continue to implement the necessary measures to minimize as much as possible the impact of this work on the neighborhood.
Schedule of work reminder
Most of the work will be done from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm. These could exceptionally continue until 11pm during special operations requiring continuous work without the possibility of interruption (example: concrete pouring). It should be noted that municipal regulations allow work to be carried out every day from 7am to 11pm. In the event that the work is scheduled to continue during evenings or weekends, the neighborhood will be informed in advance as much as possible.
