INFO-WORK No 6 –October 30th, 2018

Throughout the construction period of the Beaumont project, information on its progress will be sent to you. Updates will be made regularly to keep you informed of the progress of the work on site and the steps to come. The opening of the grocery store and delivery of the first condos are scheduled for fall 2019.

Work to come in the next months

Work on the underground parking structure and the ground floor is now complete. Concrete work for the Garden level will continue in the coming weeks and the residential portion of the project will begin to take shape in November. Before the holidays, the first interventions on the exterior walls and masonry will begin.

During the fall, please note that the company responsible for the formwork and concrete work will continue to use a portion of the public area (street and sidewalk) on the north side of chemin de la Côte-Saint-Luc, between Avenue Earnscliffe and Avenue Clanranald. Please pay attention to the restriction signs posted around the site and use the detour paths designed for your safety.

 

Respect for signage and pedestrian detours

During the fall of 2018 and the winter of 2019, formwork, concreting and wall closure work will continue to require the use of a portion of the sidewalks on the chemin de la Côte-Saint-Luc and avenue Clanranald.

For your safety, we remind you to always respect the restriction signs that are installed around the site during the work, and to use the detour routes designed to ensure the safety of your movements. The map below indicates the blocked section of the sidewalk and the location of the restriction signs.

 

 

Schedule of work reminder

Most of the work will be done from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm. Work could exceptionally continue until 11pm during special operations requiring continuous work without the possibility of interruption.

It should be noted that municipal regulations allow work to be carried out every day from 7am to 11pm. In the event that the work is scheduled to continue during evenings or weekends, the neighborhood will be informed in advance as much as possible.
