Official announcement of certifications and finalists for the 16th edition of the Grands Prix de Design (Interior Design)
We are truly proud to announce that seven of our real estate projects have distinguished themselves in the selection process established for the 16th edition of the Grands Prix de Design, where projects from all over the world were eligible for submission.
This official selection, recently made public, is a tribute to the very high standards to which we are committed, and reflects an international jury’s assessment that our projects far exceed the criteria for good design.
The international GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN award celebrates the excellence and talent of designers and companies who demonstrate exemplary practice.
The Cogir Real Estate projects that have been awarded Gold certification, and which will be in the running to become winners (to be announced this autumn), are :
- ODEA Montréal – with Creeco (Old-Montreal)
- Imperia Condominiums (Quartier des Spectacles)
- Le Newman (Lasalle/Angrignon)
- Le NOCA (Griffintown)
- Humaniti Montreal (Quartier International)
In addition, Tak Village (Rosemont-Angus) and Ateliers Héritage also received honorable mentions thanks to bronze certification.
