A much-sought-after cocktail
On Thursday, February 1st, a large number of Castelnau's Phase IV owners accepted the invitation to the cocktail buffet marking the official occupancy of this latest phase, one of the greatest accomplishments of DevMcGill and TGTA. We wish to take this opportunity to once again thank them for their confidence.
In fact, the Castelnau project was awarded, last fall the Inova prize in the Multiple residential units – construction costs greater than 50 million dollars category. Greatly coveted, this award, given by the Urban Development Institute of Quebec (UDI), highlights Castelnau’s major contribution to the community due, notably, to its innovative nature.
Right next to it, the Ateliers Castelnau project, was awarded in June 2017, the Habitat Design prize in the Interior Design category with a special mention for its industrial design because of its sales and visit gallery. With Phase #01 sales reaching 85%, there is reason to believe that another significant success awaits us!
