The NOCA construction site is buzzing! We are pleased to announce that, given the rapid progress of construction, we will be able to move up the date of occupancy initially planned. Delivery of the first units is expected to start in September 2020.

While the sixth floor slab is already poured, the exterior walls take shape and at the same time plumbing work begins. The very popular Phase 2 is 93% sold, which already makes it a great success.

Also, we are proud to announce that the first occupants of Phase 1 will take possession of their unit in February 2020.
