Tuesday, April 10th was the official groundbreaking ceremony for NOCA phase 1, a daring and innovative project that will be located on the banks of the beautiful Lachine Canal, in West Griffintown.
“We are very proud to take part in this symbolic gesture. This project, of 300 condominiums, both sleek and bold, will be divided into three phases and we have noticed that its avant-garde concept is already attracting a great deal of interest,” said Alexandra Serafini, DevMcGill’s Director of sales and product development.
The first phase is already more than 60% sold and should be delivering in 2019.
Designed by the renowned architect Roch Cayouette from Provencher_Roy, NOCA presents a minimalist approach to design with pure and graceful lines. Representing the image of the project, the spectacular model unit, created in collaboration with Innédesign, won last February, Le Grand Prix du Design in the Model Home or Apartment and sales Office category, within the 11th edition of Grands Prix du Design.
