Noca Phase 2 – Official Ground Breaking!
With more than 70% of the project’s units already sold, the official ground-breaking ceremony for Noca’s phase 2 was held on October 17th. This remarkable architectural concept, located on the banks of the Lachine Canal, holds the promise of a much sought-after way of life. In addition to its recently unveiled luxurious penthouses, Noca’s phase 2 will offer a few townhouses, studios and units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom condos.
“There is a great deal of excitement for this project. Montreal’s real estate market remains strong, and sales are largely exceeding our original forecasts. This is undoubtedly due to the added value attributable to Noca’s common areas,” says Stéphane Côté, President of DevMcGill, a division of Cogir.
It is worth repeating that Noca, which was designed by Roch Cayouette, architect at Provencher_Roy, will be located in an exceptional setting. Clearly minimalist, this residential project features a clean and inviting design. Following the alignment with the sun’s path, the site’s characteristics (sun, natural views) were instrumental in positioning the buildings on the site.
