NOCA Wins a Great Design Award
Montreal, February 15, 2018 — DevMcGill is very proud of the fact that the Noca project’s spectacular sales area produced by Inné-Design has been awarded the Design Award (Prix du design) in the Model Home or Apartment and Sales Office category (Appartement ou maison témoin et bureau de vente) in the course of the Grands Prix du Design’s 11th edition which was held on February 13 at the Casino de Montréal.
Glassed-in conference rooms located in a section lined with wood-panel covered walls offer inviting spaces in which interior finishes are simply and pleasantly presented. A tastefully furnished waiting room also helps to create a relaxing atmosphere. The adjacent model condo offers a very smart and attractive layout as well. There is a great deal of aesthetic sensitivity present in the way in which an actual lifestyle is suggested. This course highlights the project’s strengths, namely airy, bright and contemporary living areas.
