In order to thank our suppliers and partners for their consistent support toward the realization of the four phases of the magnificent Castelnau project, the DevMcGill team and its president, Stéphane Côté, welcomed them to a cocktail reception on Thursday, March 1st. " We wanted to express our gratitude to our valued collaborators for the excellence of their work and the great professionalism they showed throughout the construction of this project which involved, the integration of a historic building " said M. Côté.
Let us remember that DevMcGill won last fall, the Inova Award (awarded by the IDU) for Le Castelnau in the multi-residential category construction costs, exceeding 50 million dollars.
Sold out before the occupancy in the fall of 2017, this project is undoubtedly one of the best achievements of DevMcGill and TGTA.
