The NOCA project has been awarded a prize at the ACQ’s Prix Construire 2023
We are very proud to announce that NOCA’s real estate project won the prize in the “Design” category on May 6th at the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) Construire 2023 Awards gala held at the Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix.
This distinction recognizes the value of the work accomplished by the team of DevMcGill (Division of Cogir Real Estate), TGTA, Provencher_Roy Architects and Alain Desgagné of Innedesign, who have put forward a high-end project to ensure the well-being of occupants through the high quality of its design and construction.
Stéphane Côté, Partner, President of Major Projects Division Cogir Real Estate, said he was very proud of this project and grateful to all those who helped make it a tremendous success.
Roch Cayouette, architect at Provencher_Roy, recalled the very dynamic articulation of the NOCA, which extends the elements of nature that surround it by creating a dynamic around light, the adjoining basin, and the Lachine Canal.
For her part, Tina Dostie, Vice President sales, marketing, and client service of Cogir Real Estate, thanked the clients for their trust and emphasized the joy they feel in living in a project that is unique, sleek, and distinct in the heart of Griffintown.
Other projects of this caliber signed by DevMcGill (Division of Cogir Real Estate) are currently underway in the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods
