An undeniable success follows the launch of the Humaniti project

Montreal's first smart vertical community, which should qualify for both WELL and LEED certifications.

While the sales office was officially opened for business on Saturday, the sales prelaunch event was held on Thursday, April 26 for the condominium portion of this unique mixed-use project. Out of 157 units, more than 75 have already been sold.

The spontaneous display of buyer enthusiasm reveals a significant demand for this type of project in the centrally located Quartier international. The journalist, André Dubuc reported in Saturday’s La Presse that this “evening clearly highlights the turbulence which the market for new condos has been experiencing, with new records being reached in 2017”.

Magnificent units offering spectacular views are still available. The project will also include 314 rental apartments, 193 hotel rooms, 57,000 square feet of office space and 17,000 square feet of commercial space.
